Just wondering...I've been told I'm kinda small for almost 16 weeks. I have a gender ultrasound scheduled for when I'm nearly 18 weeks. Can they still tell the gender even if your stomach looks small for the amount of weeks you are?or is the baby growing good just that he/she is well tucked in there somewhere?? Lol. I just worry they won't be able to tell me gender because I supposably look "small." thanks.

I am 22+1 weeks, and still in all of my pre-pregnancy clothes, admittedly towards the evening i will put joggers on to give myself a breather... i had my 20 week scan at 20+6 and baby was measuring 21+4, so definitely not small! lol... don't worry i am sure its fine!

At 26 weeks, I'm just now not able to wear pre pregnancy clothes. At 20 weeks, I didn't even look pregnant. Trust me, when they did that ultrasound, she was easy to see. :)

your bump size is absolutely nothing to do with how big LO is, when I was pregnant on my last LO I wore my normal clothes all the way through, even tho he was growing normally!

Don't listen to anyone. At term I looked about 30 weeks maybe and everyone had me worried telling me there must be something wrong....bla bla bla and i had a baby weighing in at 8lb 10oz. I have a tilted uterus so there is just more room for baby to grow.

with my first one i was very small and now my 2nd one is much bigger but wouldnt worry long as your healthy baby all be healthy.

I'm tiny to! I'm 19 weeks today even though i gained 9pds since pregnant weight i was 115 im 124 now! All boobs and a bump lol! I had my scan at 18 weeks and we found out baby girl!

my baby is growing fine so i am told and people still dont know i am pregnant at 26 weeks and look shocked when i tell them how far gone i am , i would not worry one little bit

I have the opposite. I was huge almost immediately and everyone said I was having twins, then that I was carrying too much water, then that baby's growing too quickly etc. He is perfectly formed and a perfect size for his number of weeks gestation. People will always comment either way so try not to let it bother you! Just trust in the scans and what your medical people are telling you.

I was tiny with my 2 children and they was 7lb10oz and 9lb, im small again now but im still expecting a big baby. we found out the sex with all 3 and had no problems.

Don't think you have anything to worry about. I know a lady who hardly looked pregnant. she looked her normal skinny self with a slight bump and gave birth to a 9lb baby!
