SMEP : anyone else trying it this month?

Hi all, I'm on CD8 and have read that the SMEP plan has worked for so many people, so today is d-day and I've convinced DH, even though he didn't need much convincing!!! to give it a try.

Is anyone else doing the same or have any of you tried it?

Yes, I'm trying it next cycle. Just waiting for af to arrive next week, then I'll give it a go.

I'm hoping we can try it this month, going to jump hubby tonight not sure how long we'll be able to keep up every other day, in principal I really want to but at the same time I get so exhausted sometimes as does he and whilst we always want to we don't always manage to. Can try though...I'm very trying
