You all jinxed me....We got snow on Tuesday......
enough to cover all the grass....and its been coooooooooooold!!!!!!!
its melted BUT now I need to dig out my winter coat...boots, mittens, hat, scarf!!!!!
Only good thing ...is I get the woodstove roaring and its nice and toasty inside!!!!!

Where in Ontario are you!? I'm in Ontario too and we didn't get any snow!! SO JEALOUS!!!!!

Brrr! Forecast: Where's my winter coat? I'll have to get some pics of this. I really think that it's too early for this. Great, just f***ing great! I suggest boots to all locals. eh!??!

Eastern Ontario and Southern Quebec: Heavy Snow and Strong Winds

The triangle from Ottawa to Brockville to Montreal will see the highest impact from heavy snow tonight. Amounts greater than 15 cm are possible with localized areas approaching 30 cm north of this region in the Laurentians. The forecast for Montreal is extremely difficult as the rain/snow line will be right through the city this evening. If more of the precipitation falls as heavy wet snow vs rain, there may be power outages as the few remaining trees with leaves snap under the weight of wet snow. The moisture content of the snow will not be as high farther west in Ottawa, but problems are likely as strong winds coupled with the snow create extremely hazardous conditions on roads in this region such as the 416, 417 and 401.

While snowfall will ease Wednesday morning, strong winds will create near whiteout conditions on area roadways. It's hard to imagine right now, but this is a significant snow storm and travelling tonight through tomorrow morning in this region will be dangerous and is not recommended. Conditions will improve later Wednesday as the low pulls away into Northern Quebec.

We lost power the other day..form winds..I am about 5 hours west of Ottawa.......today was windy and freezing...I have no issues with snow except the cold!!!!!!!

omg my old place looked amazing in the snow once i get some pictures of it in the snow of our old digital camera ill have to post some.. I love the snow its so amazing it hasnt snowed hear yet. cant wait tel it does
