I saw my midwife today and asked her about a homebirth...

She said it would be a pleasure for her to deliver my baby at home and reeled off a list of benefits to it... She said she was very much looking forward to it

I was so happy I almost cried!!!!

My lovely midwife said she has lots of experience with hypnobirthing and would be more than happy to help....

I'm so so excited....

Fingers crossed the baby plays the game with the nice peaceful home water hypnobirth with delayed cord cutting.....

yay, glad it went well. im seeing mine later today and hoping for a similar response seen as she brought it up herself when i last saw her at 16 weeks! its nice to feel that support when you see others having to fight for it. xxx

This is so polar opposite to the midwife I saw yesterday (i just finished writing my rant) at home who looked at me strangely when I mentioned Hypnobirthing.
