So itchy around incision

is it normal for the scar to be itchy?
its such a small thin line, its where it was stitched on the left side is where it really itches the most but I dont dare scratch it

anyone had this before or scratched their scar?
i do not want to make it worse

its a sign of healing right?

Very normal...I had my section 3 years ago and it still gets itchy from time to time and I still have numbness..obviously not as bad as it use to be..doc said it is normal.

I'd forgotten about this! Yes very itchy very normal, I just scratched very gently with a hair brush!

Yeah I remember it itched when I was in the hospital! I couldn't wait to get all those bandages off!

well i have not got any numbness, never did or tingling just aching and itching
i have achey muscles but then again i had severe spd ontop of post surgery pain so the spd on top of pre eclampsia is taking time to go down, sheesh ill never get pregnant again
