SO nervous !! lack of symptoms, previous MMC

thanks ladies, it would be a miracle if baby was still in there the amount of bleeding and clots, cramping I've had. I knew this would happen. I am going to be a nervous wreck next time I fall pregnant god only know how ill get through it. If I then go on to loose that one too OMG, I cant even think about it, I know women go though much tougher times than me and for that I am truly sorry x
I just hope it happens quickly and I am not trying for months and month like previous. Does anyone know if you can start trying straight away after a miscarriage.
