So those who had there babies or are smart

I have a back cervix, when I go to get a speculum up me ‘that awful device they put up you for tests’ (to see why I bleed) I have to sit on my fists and really tilt as much as I can so they can see and even at that the doctor could only see a part of the neck o my womb not all of it. She said it’s awfully far back to the point she gave up and said the part she saw was fine!

Now I'm sooo scared as this means my baby has further to travel and it will as she confirmed Well normally is a more complicated labour. So now I am bricking it and I really am petrified.

Anyone else with a back cervix??

Trust me, TAKE THE DRUGS! and seriously, if they where really that worried they would offer you a c-section. Labour is not that bad, and the human body is amazing at adapting to labour and your baby

Ohh not sure BUT when I had both my sweeps I had to sit on my fists, I never asked why!
So maybe I had one too?

Labour was fine for me, I mean I was in slow labour for like a week, but that wasn't painfull, just frustrating! & my established labour was only 10 & a half hours, 7 of those hours with just G&A!

i'm not 100% sure on this but I think that even with a back cervix, when you go into labour it'll drop further down and move forward. but I agree with Lucy, if they were really worried they'd have suggested a c-section, so I wouldn't worry x
