This set has been in storage for a while due to my personal health, all of it is new and unused but some things may have leaked a little and nail polishes need mixing as they have been laid for a while. Some of the rhinestone in the wheels have mixed together but all the rhinestones are still in the wheel. The bag of black acrylic powder has 24 smaller pots, there is some powder in the bottom of the bag but all pots still look full of it's just slight spillage.
