Someone please help me figure out how to decipher my opks?! Conflicting info online!

So i havent played around with opks much in the past so not sure whats nornal for me but from other symptoms iv always assumed i ov around cd16-17. I started testing out of curiosity on cd16 and got what the ladies here said was 'a hair away from positive'. Again in the am of cd 18 i got a definite pos with the test line darker. Later that day they were almost pos again. However since then every test i do with fmu or smu gives a positive or strong positive result but by the evening they're clearly negative again.
The test pack says use anytime of day. I seem to have found ladies online with reasons for false negatives and postives with fmu its really confusing me.
Now the thing is my fmu is usually only a 4hr hold. In the day i pee a lot (like every 20 mins lol) and drink a lot theres no way id manage a 4 hr hold!! So maybe my pm urine is just not strong enuf? Or am i getting false positives in the am and shud next cycle use them in the pm?! Helllp plllleeeaasse!! Xx will try and add some example pics

Hmm well I'd say don't test with fmu or smu but start testing in the afternoon into the pm but if you can't hold for at least 3 hours your urine probably won't be concentrated enough. On the days you think you'll be getting close to O could you reduce your liquids intake maybe just for the evening? To try and get a better hold. I have never known opks to be accurate with morning urine.

I will hafta try and get a better afternoon hold! Id always thought fmu was bad for false negatives not positives?! At the moment it seems to be the more concentrated the urine the stronger the test line

All I know is I get more consistent/better results from testing in the pm. I just don't even go near the am the results end up misleading!
