Lo has just had a night terror. Nothing I could do would bring him out of it. 20 mins he was crying for and even rocking him wouldn't stop it.

My lovely neighbours....banged on the bloody wall!!

So Me and lo are currently sat downstairs watching Mickey. What do they think I'm doing whilst he's crying?? Lying in bed with the monitor off ignoring him? He cannot help it, he's 17 months old. I understand that they have work etc but it's not exactly fun for me either...I fell asleep at 11 and was woke at 1:26 (by a train going past) then just as I was dozing back off, lo started. I can't go back to sleep when he naps as there's too much to do (moving in 4 weeks and a house doesn't pack itself) yet it's ok for them to come home drunk on a weekend and put loud music on knowing full well there's a small Child next door.

Seriously, 4 hours sleep in 3 days is going to send me loopy.

Just needed a rant.

Make them some ex-lax brownies & leave them on their doorstep w an 'apology' note. :)

:hugs: Just what you needed to make a bad night worse...What are you supposed to do??

I LOVE the ex-lax brownie idea.

"Oops, I'm sorry they made you sick, in my sleep deprived state of having a screaming child, I must have forgotten to check the eggs!"

Hahahahahaha! I heard them talking about a night out they are having tonight....I feel the Hoover being left on against the wall whilst I pop out at 9am! (heard them say taxi back isn't booked till 6am!)

I seriously cannot wait to move now!

Unbelievable! What normal person does that?

I would be hoovering and doing DIY right through their hangovers tomorrow lol.

What arseholes! I'd be thinking 'creative music day' is in order, very early in the morning :winkwink:

Some neighbours are horrible. When I first had Harry (first week) my neighbour had the cheek to text me saying "he's got a set on lungs on him"....um yes...he is a baby and cries. Idiots! What do they expect us to do?!

That's awful. I think LO should help you pack all the pots and pans at 8am tomorrow, along with the wooden spoons.

I'm sorry hun- I've actually dealt with my fair share of noisy neighbors (back when I lived in apartments)-- it's NO fun tbh. But if it was a crying child- then what do they expect? Kids cry. Shocker?! I would only have knocked on the wall for party noise-- and I'm sure I had neighbors that were none to happy with me when I lived with my ex-boyfriend (who was a DJ at the time-- um... yea).

Hope you get some sleep and/or new neighbors soon! :hugs:
