so now i've had two night with hardly any sleep.
weds night hubby was snoring and just generally being noisy, i was so grumpy on thurs morning. i got home from work and slept for an hour and a half before getting up for dinner. but then at bedtime i couldn't sleep again and my brian was wide awake.
so it was about 2am when i must have drifted off, on the sofa(marginally more comfy than our bed at the moment), then up for work at 6.30am.

i just want to cry, esp as there is no point me being in work, i have no work to do and will just be sat on the internet most of the day

i feel your pain... i cant settle at night and have a nap in the day when my son naps ... the past three night my toddler has woken up at 3-30am and wont go back to sleep!!!

sleep was always a big part in my pregnancy with my first son

x x x :hugs:

I know how you feel my partner talks in his sleep and occasionally shouts its rediculous conbined with having to get up four times a night to pee im pretty much walking dead, plus dan is in the police so his shift patterns dont make it easy to find a routine :( xxx

Is sleeping apart an option for you? I'm 15 wks and have been feeling exhausted throughout but I find I sleep really well in my daughter's room so that's what I've been doing. I also grab a siesta at the weekends when my husband's home.

oh yes! sleeping apart is defo going to be the case tonight, hubby can go in the spare room! i've also insisted on ordering a new mattress for our bed as ours has stupid memory foam that just leaves a big dip in the bed! it arrives tomorrow! not sure if it will help but it's made me feel 'emotionally' better at a cost of £200
