sore bbs

i am waiting to test on the 15th, i ahve had a few symptoms like nausea, dizziness but the worst is sore bbs. i started off as just sensitive nipples but now i can barly touch my bbs, is this normal, i thought it was easing off for a while there but its back even worse now
