sore boobs, ovulation??

I'm trying to get in tune with my body at the moment and have woken up today with very tender breasts. Normally I get them before my period but I had af on 25/1 for 4 days and then another week long bleed on 2/2 so really doubt I am going to have another period (unless the witch really hates me).
I wasn't sure if this could be a sign of ovulation? I have absolutely no idea when I normally ovulate or anything as I don't usually take note of all these things.

during the time of OV for me personally - i get very sensitive nipples, sometimes to the point where they feel sunburnt! perhaps you getting achey boobs is indeed a sign for ovulation ^__^
