If you are congested a humidifier will probably help or a hot shower...the steam from it. Honey helps coughs. Here you can take Sudafed 12hr if you are pregnant, Tylenol for fever, sore throat

I agree with the humidifier (or a shower in a steamy room).

You can also have paracetomol... Try getting some dispersible ones, then putting them in a mug of honey, lemon and hot water. It's like a DIY lemsip, safe for pregnancy
