My sister came off the pill a few months ago, became pregnant but miscarried at about 5 weeks. She had not had a cycle between stopping the pill and getting pregnant and she hasn't had a cycle since her miscarriage, her bleeding stopped 6 or 7 weeks ago. She's suffering a lot of skin issues and PMS like symptoms she hadn't had before which she thinks is hormonal, and is wondering if trying soy isoflavones may help kick-start her cycles. I know how you take it but without a cycle to go on I don't know what she should do in terms of when to start it? Do you just take it for the 5 days and wait to ovulate and get a period, or pregnant? I'm assuming so when some women use it to trigger Ovulation when they don't ovulate without help but wanted to make sure here first
