Soy Isoflavones dose?

I know I need to take about 100mg a day, the dose of my soy is this:

Soy Extract 100mg
providing Isoflavones 40mg

So do I take 1? or is it the isoflavones I'm after and therefore take 3x40mg=120mg?

I read the same dosage she took somewhere else but can't find ...it ....I plan on starting with 80mg and the last day do 120mg don't exceed 200mg
