Hi all!
Has anyone heard of a link (scientific resources) between consumption of soy products (higher levels of phytoestrogens) and female infertility or problems during pregnancy?
I had a dr appt today during which I was told I should keep my soy milk intake to ~ 1 cup/day since I'm ttc, but I'm having issues with this without seeing any conclusive evidence for a link. I found an article on PubMed that seems to dispel this idea, but the sample size of women was small, the authors didn't mention alternative explanations for prior infertility, and soy intake was self-reported.
Thank you!
PS since I haven't hit 10 posts yet, I'm getting a spam filter for the link. I put everything except "world wide web" at the beginning to get it through.
