SPD- Does anyone still get some of the pain

I had SPD whilst pregnant with Aidan and I really did think it would go away. But every so often I still get the immense pain and it's really getting to me now

Does anyone else have it??

Yes! I was complaining to my mum about it like an hour ago in Tesco. Getting out the car is still a nightmare and so is turning over in bed x

I never got over mine - infact it got worse - so much so i was in a wheel chair for most of the pregnancy and almost 2 years after !!
