Sperm Meets Egg Plan

Hey is anyone trying the sperm meets egg plan or any success stories. Maybe others we can buddy up or setup a group unless one is already here?

After 3 years and 3 losses ttc I need to try something else! I'm practically going to go crazy if something doesn't give soon!

When we were ttc our youngest, we tried for 6 months before we finally got pregnant. The month we conceived, I decided to try out the SMEP and it totally worked. I also used preseed during sex if we needed any extra lube. I'm planning on using the SMEP again when we start TTC #3. Hopefully it works as well this time!

Yeah conceived my son eating from the list of food. And i have taken it further and following zita wests diet its very similar but she is a fertility specialist so the book.explains what to eat and why. And what to eat if there is particulary something wrong. Also what dh has to eat. I have cut all the fun stuff (chocolae ) and cut down my coffee too. I also used red clovr blossom.and preseed

Thanks girls do you think dtd every other day is just as effective and good as every day that's what im worried about xx

My doc said to leave 2 days inbetweem to let sperm get to a high level then i read sperm doesnt need a break. I dtd every other day on the week o is due and for 2 days after in case anything is wrong. Tter safe than sorry. My hubby works shuft so every day isnt practical. And tbh i conceived my son dtd every other day so i know that works. Do you temp? I usually get a pre o dip the day egg is released and if i can and hubbys not too tired (he works shifts) i will put an extra day in that day. So dont worry if u cant dtd every day x

We did every other day leading up to ovulation, then we dtd 3days straight when I got my positive OPK, skipped a day, then did it one more time.
