Spotting or AF

I started spotting today light brown and experiencing bad cramps ! Going by when I had ovulation pain I would be 12 dpo but going by my normal cycle length I would be 9/10 dpo !
Is 9 or 10 normal for implantation spotting ? I think 12 dpo is too late though ?

I can't answer your question. But I'm in a similar position. On CD 29 & 30 (of a normal 27 day cycle) I've had brown spotting. But I've read pregnant ladies having brown spotting and having a healthy pregnancy and baby.
Not sure if I'm just having a long cycle

Have you taken any tests ?
My spotting stopped cramps have definitely lightened up . I'm trying not to get to hopeful

I took two before af was due - both negative. As of today I'll be 3 days late. As for testing, I'm going to tomorrow as I won't get a chance to see OH today, and I don't want to do it by myself!!!
-but as its only 8:30am here, once I start eating that usually brings on af.

My emotions have been all over the place. One minute I'm crying because I think af has arrived. The next I'm crying because I think I'm pregnant!!

Well you're not out until AF shows!
Like me , officially out this morning woke up to reddish brown spots in underwear.
Feeling pretty bummed
