SSRI medication and pregnancy

My partner and I are wanting to start a family. I suffer from OCD and take medication for this.It is an SSRI called Fluvoxamine which is also used to treat depression.
I plan to talk to my GP about whether I come off my medication during pregnancy but I was wondering whether anyone else has been in this situation and whether you kept on taking your medication during your pregnancy.

You need to speak to your doctor about finding a medication that safe during pregnancy a lot of the drugs used to treat depression aren't, but they can find ones that are. I'd swap medication now so you can deal with any side effect before you get pg.
