Stale Bread ..

What can I make with stale bread .. I'm sure I remember reading that there's a few different recipes you can use.

It's not mouldy just stale lol

Homemade bread crumbs are a great use for stale bread. Croutons, stuffing and bread pudding are also some favorites. Search Panzanella (Italian bread salad) or breakfast strata for recipes. A strata can be made the night before and baked in the morning for an awesome breakfast or brunch.

I usually make croutons or breadcrumbs with it (for breadcrumbs just whizz in a food processor) xx
