standing on tip toes

Whenever you hold poppy on her feet it's like she won't out her whole foot to the ground... just stands on her tip toes iyswim?
Is this normal or is something wrong? x

Our dd is pulling herself on to her feet now. Occasionally she stands on her whole foot but she mostly stands on her tip toes. Apparently when babies start standing they use their toes the most for getting a feel of the floor & finding their balance.

Ella did the same and has only begun to put her feet flat on the ground..nothing to worry about

Very normal. The tendon on the back of the legs requires lengthening in order for the leg to remain straight and the foot to be flat to the ground. It will come with time
