I have decided I need a place to write down my progress and what I eat etc.

I am trying to do weight watchers from home (loads of information on ivillage about it) because I can't afford to go to meetings or join online at the moment.

Because I am breastfeeding I am entitled to 32 points a day.

Any advice/meal suggestions people have are always welcome! :blush::hugs:

wow 32 points ur in heaven lol.....theres loads u can hv i seriously recomend getting a ww calculator of ebay thats all u need thn u can jus enter calories n sat fat of evry product into it and get a point value.....heres sum good ones i like

cadburys cream egg - 3
flumps - 0.5
wine gums 2.5
uncle bens boil in bag rice 62.5g - 3
ww spagetti whole tin - 3
kingsmill no crust kids bread lol - 0.5
light laughing cow cheese triangles - 0.5
wafer thin chicken/ham say 4 slices in ur sarni - less thn 0.5 (whole 200g pak) - 4
walkers french fries - 1
tesco fruit jellys - 1
twister ice lollys - 1
tesco yorkshire puds - 0.5
10 strawberrys + cut banana - 1.5
tescp fresh mash whole pot ( sooo nice lol ) - 6
iceland hot n spicy chicken breast - 3.5
pickled onions - 0


thats jus sum of my favs...but in tesco everthing thats light choices has a ww point value on the back which is very handy.....but with 32 points i dont see u going hungry xx

I think it will be rather difficult to get my 32 points in without spending the whole day snacking!

My problem has always been I don't eat enough :dohh:

Friday 5th June

Well .. Fridays are usually my weigh in days.. so I weighed myself and I have managed to put on weight..

I've been ill this week and have barely ate so I'm guessing what I ate yesterday my body decided to store.. I'm trying not to let it get me down and today will be another day fully on WW!!

..

25g cherrios + 250ml skimmed milk (1.5 + 1.5 = 3)

2 eggs + mushrooms (1.5+1.5 = 3)

I only get that many because I'm breastfeeding.. when I stop I will be down to 20/21 depending on my weight at the time..

I will be going down to 31 too as of next Saturday because I turn 21! Oh noo what will I do :rofl:

Hiya Hun, i copied and made a weight loss journal too!
and if you think she gets loads of points i get 34! soon to be 33, when i go down to 13 stone something, insted of 14 stone x :)
