still nauseous

I am at 24 weeks and throw up EVERY night. Literally every night or just throughout the day. I have a prescription for nausea but the side effect of it is constipation which now it has led me to having a hemorrhoid. I also have a prescription for GERD (which is related to heart burn and acid reflux) that I take twice a day but in between taking both pills I still have to take TUMS at least. Some times I feel like my food doesn’t even digest specially at night. I’ve tried eating way before I go to bed, I wait to lay down, I even go for a walk a little after meals, and I’ve tried the 5 small meals throughout the day but nothing helps. The only thing that has helped me is sleeping sitting up which is uncomfortable. I am so frustrated with constantly throwing up, if anybody has any tips please help me anything works.
