stopped birth control

So I stopped taking my birth control about 3 months ago and had two periods right on time as I did on the pill. I was irregular before I started taking it. Now this month I'm late. I'm really not having any pregnancy symptoms besides the late period. I was a tiny nauseous one day. Could the pill affects be wearing off making me go back to being irregular?

yes, the first few months I was off the pill my period was really weird. Sometimes it was on time, but super light, or super heavy. Sometimes it was very late..it was crazy. its almost back to 'normal' now...and its been a year.

Birth control does mess with your cycles. When I came off BC last June I didn't get a period until November. Since then, I've missed two more. (February and June this year)

Frustrating that when I missed my periods I was convinced I was pregnant as I had quite a few symptoms- backache, nausea, fatigue etc etc
