Stopping at 12 months

Just wanting some advice, I'm planning on stopping bf at 12 months, this feels like the right time for me, especially with me going back to work, anyway just looking for some advice tips on how to stop and switch to cows milk.

Am doing the same although not back to work.

At 11 months I was doing 4 breastfeeds plus sometimes a night feed.
I replaced the 10am feed with a cup of a bit of formula and a fruit snack. OH offered a bottle at 5 am if LO wouldn't go back to sleep without milk.

At 11.5 months I gave cows milk instead of formula at 10am along with small snack.

At 12.5 months i am now giving cows milk at 2 or 2.30 pm in a cup instead of a breastfeed so now I am down to getting up in the morning and last thing at night.

Next month I will stop the early morning and give LO breakfast as soon as he gets up.
A few weeks after that I will try to eliminate the bedtime feed by having a couple of weeks of daddy bedtime.
