Stopping folic acid at 12 weeks?

So I'm nearly 12 weeks and at this point it seems can stop folic acid. I'm taking pregnacare multivitamin so actually won't but I've taken some form of folic acid every day for 3 years so it's so weird to think that's me done until no2.
