Stopping the Birth Control Pill

Has anyone had any negative "side effects" after stopping the pill? I put it in quotes because I'm having a hard time determining whether it's something that the pill suppressed or if it's something new.

Since stopping six months ago I have had the worst acne which is so weird for me...even when I was going through puberty I didn't experience this!

And I swear I'm growing more hair on my face!

Anyone else??

First time I stopped I got pregnant pretty quick, but this time I stopped back in September when my prescription ran out. I did have a problem with acne for a few months after stopping, but everything calmed down after three or four months and now I only get a little bit around my period.

It could be your body re-adjusting! The extra hair on your face could be a symptom of PCOS though if I remember correctly, so it might be worth checking in with your doctor just to see what they say.
