Strange Pain

Ok so I am on CD 28 of 29. For about the past week I have been getting a sharp but not really painful cramp that only lasts a few seconds when I go from sitting to standing. Or laying down to sitting. It is always below my belly button and slightly to the left. Almost like some thing is catching and I have to stop for just a second to reset before continuing. could this be implantation. I haven't had any ib. I have not tested. I am afraid to test too soon. i hate poas then shows up the next time I use the rest room. So I have told myself that I wont let myself test until I am 5 days late.

I've been having similar twinges and I'm feeling pretty positive cuz I had something that may be implantation bleeding. No worries though if you haven't only like 30% of women do
