Strange symptom. 1st time O'ing or something else?

I have very irregular periods due to my hormones. I will get AF once every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months depending. However, I'm quite certain I am not ovulating during those months because I never get CM or EWCM. Usually I stay pretty dry and then suddenly bleeding will occur.
My last period ended July 25th and was predicted (By an app) to come August 22 but it didn't.

I decided to go on a natural remedy so I have been taking Chasteberry (Or Vitex) after hearing some women talk about it here which was supposed to regulate my hormones. I took 2-3 pills every day for a month so far and about a week ago I stopped because I went out of town and forgot my pills. (I started taking them again this morning)

Last night, my DH and I had sex but he came the 1st time outside of me (TMI probably) and idk if he came a second time or not during the actual intercourse part.

Following, I had kind of an erotic dream (Not sure why).

This morning I went to the bathroom and decided to take a HCG test because my AF was technically 11 days late and upon peeing, I noticed a Looooooooong cloudy string of egg white discharge hanging down. It was about 7-8 inches long and almost touched the toilet water (TMI) so I was kind of shocked.

My HCG strip came back negative (No surprise) but I was more concerned why I am having nearly 8 inch strings coming out??

This has NEVER happened before. Is this natural in ovulation or is this a symptom of some health related thing? Could it have to do with my erotic dream (Possibly arousal) or possibly going off of Vitex for a week?

I haven't noticed any other unusual symptoms except today I feel barely there cramps possibly and I have been very tired.

Any info would help.

Sounds like ewcm(egg white cervical mucus). EWCM is thick and very stretchy(up to 6" or so) while arousal fluid is more watery. It's hard to tell how close you are to ovulation because some women get it days before/day of/after. I would recommend charting through fertility friend(FF) by using ovulation predictor kit(OPK), CM check, and basal body temp(bbt). If you don't produce a lot of CM preseed is a lube you can use that is natural and mimics EWCM which is good for sperm. I hear of people who have irregular periods use either metformin or clomid. That's all I know for now.. Hope it helps

Good idea about the lube to mimic CM........i have never gotten Cm before so this was new to me. I will look into it and if that doesn't work the next step is chlomid...although I hope to not have to go that far

Although.....for 3 days now I have been getting what APPEARS to be CM. the first day it was about 1-1.5 inch....second day 1.5-2 inch...today 2-2.5 inch. SO I am wondering if perhaps THIS is my fertile window. (I wouldn't know as this hasn't happened before now, taking Vitex for nearly 2 months.) But either way, DH and I have done the BD the last 2 days soooo if this IS my fertile window Im keeping my fingers crossed.

......been feeling some dull pains in left side yesterday and today and slept until 2 PM today lol
