Strange things at 2dpo

So 2 dpo today, Cd15.
I have had headache for 3 days, today I have had unbearable back pain, I actually had to lie down!
Woke up with a HUGE cold sore and now my teeth are aching like my jaw is going to fall off.
WTH is going on with me?

Anyone else having any weird ongoings different to other months?

I just feel so out of sort. Lots of unusual things happening this cycle. Just trying not to get my hopes up lol
