struggling to find the time....

To fit in 4 bottles, 3 meals, 2-3 naps, and bedtime routine.

That without the cooking, cleaning, getting dressed, washing myself, playtime, and attempting to get out the house.

How do u fit it all in?

With great difficulty! Lol. My HV advised me to drop Lily to just one nap a day when she turned 8 months, so that made fitting things in a bit easier... And also helped with bedtime routine cause she was more tired. Here's my little daily routine:

8:30am - Up, bottle and breakfast
12:30pm - lunch, with juice NO bottle (was also advised to cut down to 3 bottles a day at 8 months)
1:30-2:30/3pm - nap (no naps after 3pm)
4:30pm - bottle
5:30pm - teatime
7pm - bath time
8:30pm - bedtime bottle then sleepy time

I know this doesn't include cleaning etc but I do all that when Lily is napping. If I'm going out I usually aim to leave after lunch and Lily comes into the bathroom in her high hair while I shower and dress.

Ps it took me a looooong time to get this routine off the ground.. Especially cutting out a nap! X

Only 1 nap a day? My daughter only dropped to one nap at 17 months, and my almost 9 month old cannot be awake for more than 2 hours without constant eye rubbing and grumping!

Really something has to give, you can't do all of the things every day. So maybe one day you cook for the next two nights, and one day you skip the shower, etc. I work from home and until my husband took some additional leave I had the same problem - LO naps about three times a day and is a sipper so goes through about 7 bottles in a day, plus as you say the solids and the playing and the getting out of the house, etc. I just had to lower my expectations that not everything is going to get done every day, sometimes the house will be messy and sometimes I will be too
