Struggling with a middle name

We have decided on Sophie as a first name.

I wanted a long middle name as OH surname is short so I think it will flow better.
I liked Elizabeth but OH isn't keen. I also liked Olivia but my OH's surname begins with Y so her initials would spell out SOY. Also my middle name is Louise so I thought about that but that spells SLY. My OH said it doesn't matter that it spells out a word but I think it's odd?

Any ideas? I think long traditional kind of names are what we are looking for but any suggestions are welcome
