Stupid Left Breast

My left breast has been causing me pain from the very beginning (8 weeks now). This is due to nipple thrush that simply does not want to go away. I've tried ACV (3 weeks), GSE (5 weeks), GV (1 week), Clotrimazole and Fluconazole (10 day pills). My right side began to feel better around week 4. That nipple still looks pink though, but pain is gone.

My left side always feels fuller as well, much more engorged at times. There is pain on the side, under my armpit when full and for some time after being emptied. Then it randomly disappears until it is full again. I've put ice packs and heat packs to no avail. The nipple has always had this hole in the middle that bled at the very beginning and now just either looks red or dried yellow. It just doesn't close up! It hurts during feedings and I'm tired of it.

What is going on?

for the thrush is your LO being treated as well? If not then that would be why it doesn't go away. You both need to be treated. Otherwise your LO just passes it back to you even if she doesn't show symptoms.
