Stupid question about charting

Ladies, i know this is a stupid one but i've never charted all this time, and now i'm looking for a dummy guide to charting? I took the reading today i just need to get started... Also the reading with the mercury was 36.6 and the digital( used in the ear) shows 37.0. Which one shall i use

I'd go with digital
And sign up with fertility friend .. its great and has step by step guides for you too

I can reccommend buying the Basal Thermometer from Boots, it's got 2 decimal spaces and is more acurate. That is a digital one. I'm not sure about measuring with those ear thermometres, I got one for my daughther and it always has a higher reading so started using the boots one on her now too when she's ill. Hope this helps, I would go with the mercury measurement for today.

I haven't know ladies to do a reading through the ear for BBT I could be wrong though - i thought it was oral or viginal temping.

I agree oral or vaginal... was not 100 % sure but also believe those ear thermometres are not accurate at all.

Thanks ladies...i told you its a stupd one LOL... I think i'll go for oral... Otherwise i'll have to explain to my husband why am i sticking it down there... He'd book me in to see a shrink...or simply invite the neighbour around for dinner he is a shrink.... LOL! Thanks for your help!

Lol, yeah oral is better i think too, if i did it vaginally i would wanna sterilise it after and not just put it on the end of my bed after rinsing it and yeah it would be a difficult on to explain to OH
