Subscribed Threads...

It seems like I have to delete things all the time because I automatically subscribe to certain threads... is there a way to turn this off that I'm being silly and missing or?

Go to customize profile, and click on list subscriptions, then scroll down and it will say "move to folder", go to delete subscription, when you have checked the ones you want to delete
