Can anyone poinnt me in the direction of information on succenturiate lobes ?

I was told today at a 24 week scan that the main body of the placenta partially covers the os but that there is a succenturiate lobe which covers the whole os.

Does a succenturiate lobe mean that I will definitely have to have a C-section even if the placenta moves ?

All the information I can find so far suggests that a succenturiate lobe more often than not goes hand in hand with vasa previa although when I asked the sonograher whether there were any signs of it she said that "it's not low enough to worry about vasa previa" which I accepted at the time but google seems to say different.

There also seems to be an indication that the blood vessels running between the two parts of the placenta could be ruptured purely by labour itself. Although I found only one site suggesting this that was a bit vague anyway.

So far I've been hanging onto the hope that if the placenta moves enough I could still attempt a vaginal birth.
