Hi everyone, some people might remember ny story, others wont so i will briefly go through it. Had my coil removed 28/08 and Started ttc #3 after my first period 13/09, was due af on 16/10 and got faint positive on 11/10 but then started bleeding on 12/10, i assumed it was the witch. 5 day heavy bleed full of clots, i assumed a chemical and continued with life, we went away for the weekend on 19/10 and on the sunday at the fair my boobs where hurting, i said to my husband i think am about to ovulate. Later at home 2 postive opks. That was early cd10, am usually cd18-22, i continued to test and after 4 days of positive opks i decided to pregnancy test. Knock me down with a feather i had numerous Bfps 2-3 on clearblue. I had a little spotting a week later and hospital wouldnt allow me to book in due to the original bleed so i booked private scan. Empty sac, 2 weeks later on 8/11 showed baby and heartbeat measuring 6 weeks 6 days. I was over the moon. Had my booking in appointment on 20/11 and all was good however on Wednesday 21/11 i didnt feel right, had what can only be described as period pains to my sides, i stood off the sofa and felt something come out, it was blood and lots of it, it continued for half an hour, clots, bright red blood, blood ended up up my bathroom walls, i was convinced the baby was gone, my husband took me to epu and they checked my cervix which was still closed and bleeding easing off but due to the bleeding they were assessing me for miscarriage and i had to go back the next day for a scan. I convinced myself baby would be gone and the next day i had the scan, baby was there alive and well with a nice heartbeat and measuring bang on from my last scan 8 weeks 6 days. They couldnt see any source to the bleeding but told me to rest. Now i am absolutely terrified, i have had constant mild period pains and back ache, the bleeding has stopped but occasionally when i wipe old brown blood is on the tissue. Has anybody been through this and baby has been ok? With my previous 2 pregnancies i never bled at all.

for reassurance I can tell you that in my pregnancy with my DD, I spotted and bled heavily for the first 17 weeks. They couldn't find anything wrong and said it must have been my cervix. Everything turned out okay and she is 10.5 years old now. With my pregnancy with my DS, I began bleeding badly around 9 weeks. They found a subchorionic hematoma, but he was okay. I bled for several weeks and he is now 4.5.
