Summer meals for toddlers?

so im looking for new things to make for my 2 year old that aren't too stodgy and are nice summer meals.

She loves winter foods and comfort food such as stews and pea soup and just very heavy food so want to introduce her to loads of nice summer food xx

Cold pasta salad with ham or a picnic plate made up with rolled cold meat, carrot and cucumber sticks, cheese and breadsticks
