Supplements???

    i read somewhere that there is a vit suppliement you can take that helps with thickening of cervix lining to help with implantation??have been searching web and of course now im desperate to know i cant find the damm thing i need!!!!!

    ladies????can anyone shed any light on it for me???

    hi there,
    I read that vitamin C can create hostile cervical mucus. It thickens the mucus, making it difficult for sperm to penetrate the cervix into the uterus. We're talking about doses over 1000 mg daily,.
    i also read that Vitamins A, E, and selenium are all important to build up the endometrium. Foods rich in iron and vitamin C help compensate for the blood loss. CoQ10 helps oxygenate and move the blood, and vitamin B1 also helps build blood.
