Supply help.

I never thought I'd have supply issues..this is my 4th baby but the 3rd one I've breastfed. Ds2&3 were fed until they were 3 with no issues. Little lady is 4months and 3 weeks old. We sometimes use a carton of formula if I'm going to a Zumba class and I've been to lazy to pump (I think this is where the issue is)
All has been fine until last night dd woke up frantic suckling and pinching my boobs..clearly hungry,this evening she would usually feed to sleep except she was very upset and pulling on and off on the boob and in the end was rocked to sleep.
Obviously I'm going to have to start pumping..is there anything else I can do?

Drink plenty of water and oatly things and consuming enough calories to produce milk.but I'm sure there is a big growth spurt around her age now.pulling on and off trying to stimulate the supply just feed as much as possible to help boost supply x
