I work part time so am on mat leave but also get tax credits, can I apply for the sure start grant??

It depends on how much tax credits you get i think, when i had my second son i couldn't apply for them till after he was born cause then my tax credit went up and we got enough but my sister could apply from 29 weeks as she got more tax credits than me, hope someone can help more x
