Surprise baby #2

well I guess I'm back on this forum again... So hi! We had our daughter Caoimhe in March 2013. She just turned two. So this was kind of a shock to say the least! I had hoped Keebs would be three or four at least before baby #2. But once the initial shock wore off its pretty exciting. It will be interesting. I'm already obsessing over lines and such of course. This is gonna be staying a secret for a while, I wanna make sure it's sticking before I deal with the drama that will be announcing this to our families. So since I can't share it with many people I need some people to obsess with me! So here are my tests!

So I had been feeling weird and we had had sex one time a couple weeks before, so I took a Walmart test on April 6. I thought it was negative but then there was the faintest shadow of a line (just like my first test with Keebs). I couldn't tell if I was crazy or not so on the 7th I took this test:

I was in denial because it was blue dye so later that day I took this test and confirmed it:

Here's three tests, the bottom one is the one from the 7th. The second one is from the 8th in the morning, the top is from the 8th at night. Getting darker o_o

Soooo I am in this weird state of excited and freaked out and still kind of in denial! This will be an interesting journey.

I also had a 'surprise' BFP, but with baby #3. We had had #1 and #2 close together (20 mo. apart), so we had thought we would wait a while longer next time for a bigger age gap. But yeah... totally going to have 3 under 4 in July! Aaaahhh!! I will not repeat the words that came out of my mouth when I first saw the pos HPT. LOL.

Anyway, I just wanted to encourage you by saying that my scared:excited ratio gradually ebbed toward the excited side. I might still be a little bit terrified, but I think I'd still feel that way about any new baby, ya know?
