I have already so this is probably a bit late. My LO has bad colic and i have been looking at ways to help her. I was on aptamal but saw the confort and started her on that. It recomends it for colic. The only thing that worrys me is it also eases constipation. My lo is in no way constipated. This wont hurt her will it?

Sorry hun, don't know the answer, but I'll be watching the replies cos I'm thinking of changing Erin onto Comfort too!

i moved alice to c&g comfort, she was never constipated but after gaviscon it made it really hard for her. i stopped the gaviscon and started comfort on the same day and her poos are normal again. it wont do anything if there not constipated though it would just help if they did have trouble going. x

im on aptamil comfort as lily had very bad colic, but she didnt have constipation, she has been fine ever since, alot better at sleeping and all round a much happier baby!
it wont harm her hun as said above :) it will just make it easier for her to go xx

My lil man has colic but not constipation and we switched him over to Comofort just over a week ago. He has been feeding much more comfortably and the only negative has been that his poo has become more runny and he sure has some stinky wind (him and the dog are now in serious competition with each other, lol) but I'd put up with that any day if it means he's even the slightest bit more comfortable. Plus, runny poo actually seems easier to wipe off bums, every cloud has a silver lining n all that ;-)
