Switching to formula - spit up issues

DD was EBF from birth to 7 weeks, due to supply issues between 5 weeks and now (10 weeks) she started being supplemented and due to many things will be going to EFF starting this week. My question being, what formula would everyone recommend for a previously EBF baby? My pediatrician put us on Gentlease since she spits up a lot on formula (didn't really spit up AT ALL EBF), but she's still spitting up a lot, her hair is constantly soaked in the back from the spit up going down her neck. When I read some of the "anti-spit up" formula's, I saw they had rice cereal in them, which I'm 100% against giving her.

I'm looking for a formula as close to BM as possible, is there one I'm overlooking? I feel pretty bad to not be able to feed her BM anymore and when I read the ingredient labels on formula I start to panic (corn syrup solids? vegetable oil?) as they seem soooo unhealthy.

Well all of the spit of formulas is rice starch which isn't rice cereal, just thought I'd let you know that.

But other than that, I have no clue what formula to use because we use Similac Sensitive for Spit Up which has that added to it.

We use gentlease because he started spitting up when we started formula!
Didnt do it AT ALL when we were EBF!

Ah yeah, my bad, I was reading the ingredients again today and saw it was rice starch. Gentlease seems to be the most recommended that doesn't have rice starch though, I'm actually wondering if it's the "nursery water" I got last time instead of the distilled we were using. She was spitting up a little with the distilled, but has started spitting up a ton in the past few days and my husband brought up this small change. Switching back to find out today.

I miss EBF, she had a lot less issues with it before she started staying hungry EBF.
