Swollen lymph node, swelling in nose..

Ugh! I feel awful. My nose has swollen up almost completely on one side, and my face feels like I got punched... on the same side my lymph node is totally swollen and painful. I woke up this morning with horrible nausea which I havent had this bad in weeks.. it doesn't feel like it's morning sickness.

I don't know what to do, because I don't have a normal doctor and the only number I have is for my midwife on call and it's mainly for emergencies.. do you think this could affect the pregnancy?
