symptoms 6 weeks

So im 6 weeks and im getting following symptoms

Discharge creamy
Appetite everytime i eat something im hungry again.

anyone else have these...they nornal?x

Also got alot gas tonight

Don't stress yourself out too much. I wish I had those symptoms at 6 weeks! I did with my daughter and she came out perfectly healthy. The last three times I was pregnant I wasn't so lucky. I had horrible m/s from the get-go that I couldn't even think about food! This time I feel pretty good so far, but I'm still very early so I'm actually dreading when I turn 6 weeks LOL
