Tall girl bumps?

Any tall girls with long torsos want to share pics of their early bumps? Or even bumps farther along in the second tri. I am 5'10" and have a long torso and want to know how long it might take for me to get a bump and what it might look like.

I'm 5"9 and I don't think height matters, I have had a noticable bump since 15/16 weeks but bloat before this. And I think this is normal for anyone of any height

You're lucky! I know a lot of taller women who say it took them ages to show. I didn't know them when they were pregnant though so never got to see them. My mom is 6'1" and I've seen pics of her at 8 and 9 months with just little bumps, def not what I've seen on ppl that far along of normal height. Well maybe I will be like you and have a normal bump.

I'm 5'9, and I have a long torso. I'm almost 18 weeks (tomorrow!) and not really showing a whole lot, but I've always had a tummy so that may be part of it in my case. My tummy seems like it's kinda.. firming up a little for lack of a better way to put it? But personally, I don't really feel like I show much at all.

I don't really have any photos as I wasn't very good about taking them along the way. But I'm 5'9 and I didn't really show (like in an obviously pregnant way) until 20 weeks. I probably looked a bit rounder in the belly, but it probably wasn't obvious until then. People have been telling me the whole time how small I look and I think you're right, it has a lot to do with having a longer torso. I also haven't gained a tremendous amount of weight (about 15 lbs by 35 weeks), but it's also well spread out. So yes, I would say if you're tall, expect you might not look huge, but you'll definitely look pregnant by mid to late 2nd tri. Plus, it will also depend a lot just on how much weight you gain overall. You might look bigger if you put on say 40 lbs instead of 20, for example. But try not too overthink it. I've found people are never short on comments (whether you look too big or too small, in their opinion), but your body knows what it's doing.

Ah so it looks like I have a couple of months before I really see anything! Sad! But the good thing, as a friend of mine pointed out, is that that could mean fewer stretch marks!

Im 5'10 and have a noticeable bump...of course I show it off aswell and it's been since week 12-13 that it's been noticeable to others. I have a long torso so it may mean my bump will be lower but ive certainly been chopping away at my waistbands! I would upload a pic but for some reason phone wont let me. Ohh and it was from week 12 that i noticed rather than just the bump above my pubic bone, it was lifting upwards so belly button area was sticking out and it's now very round and firm with my already outie belly button popping out even more! X

The bloat started turning into a proper bump at about 18 weeks.

Yeahhhh! Me too, I'm glad it's not just me, it feels like there is no fat in there and it's all firm but I know there is! Lol

I'm 5'8 and very thin, and didn't really start to show until a couple weeks ago. I'm finally starting to feel like I look pregnant now, but bump is still small and not as far up as most ladies'

I'm 5ft 11 and weighed 12s 2lb pre pregnancy. I'm now 18 n ha

lf weeks and weight 12s 9.8lbs so a 7/8lb gain so far! I've still not got a noticeable bump and I too was told 'i had a lot of room in there' so may not show till after 20weeks. Just feel like I've got a roll of fat on me!

im 5ft9 with a really long torso and am 31+5 , I'm hardly showing and people are really shocked when I say I'm expecting and how far I actually am they don't think I look pregnant atall. I feel like I just look a bit chubby lol.
The consultant at the hospital even sent me for growth scans as she thought I was too small (midwife thought it was ridiculous as my torso is long). I think everyone's diff x

My mom just told me she was 7 1/2 months pregnant with me on vacation in Florida wearing a bathing suit and nobody even knew she was pregnant! I'm so mad at her for possibly passing that on to me. lol She was REALLY thin though, I am much heavier now than she was when she was pregnant. I'd say she was about 6'1" and maybe 125 lbs. We (she, my sister, and I) were all EXTREMELY thin naturally earlier in life and have all put on weight since our late 20s (my mom didn't gain until she was in her late 40s!)

well im 5'9" and i've had a bump since 11 almost 12 weeks, gaining around 9lbs. this is my sencond pregnancy (losing the first at 11 almost 12 weeks) and all but the dr said its great that im in maternity pants this time around and you cant really go off the "oh you show faster in the second,third etc" becuase some women dont lol
