Tandem feeding question

Just a quick question as I need to go shopping for stuff for my hospital bag soon!
Am I going to need breast pads again? I'm still BFing Darragh but haben't needed to use pads for months and months.
Will my supply go all haywire when I have #2 or will it know what it's doing, so to speak?
I had a lot of leaky over supply my first few months with Darragh so want to be prepared!
I suspect I'll need to use them again but I'm really hoping I don't!!

chances are that you'll need them again. I got quite engorged when my milk came in and leaked for a month or so. It is easier though as the older one can handle the fast flow.

I didn't need them the first time, and didn't need them the second time. I guess your boobs do the same thing they did with #1.
